••• Duchesne Clinic
A not-for-profit community based primary health care clinic, Duchesne Clinic serves the uninsured poor of Wyandotte County. Services include primary health care, medication assistance, and chronic disease management education and services.

••• Saint Vincent Clinic
Saint Vincent Clinic in Leavenworth provides primary health care to uninsured people living at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines (currently $30,975 for a family of four). It is the only clinic in Leavenworth County that provides primary health care to the uninsured poor.

Uninsured and underinsured patients are seen by appointment (by calling 816-753-5144 beginning at 8:00 am Monday through Friday). You need to bring two items each time you come for an appointment: (1) proof of income and (2) current residency information.

••• Jaydoc Free Clinic
Jaydoc Free Clinic is run by medical students from the University of Kansas School of Medicine. It serves the uninsured and underinsured populations of Kansas City Kansas and Missouri. JDFC does not screen for insurance status or income. It is the only completely free clinic in the Kansas City Safety Net Clinic Coalition. The General Clinic operates on a walk-in only basis.

Hours of Operation: General Clinic - Monday and Wednesday 5-9pm

Specialty Clinics include:

  • Diabetes Clinic (twice a month),
  • Prenatal and Women's Health Clinic (twice a month),
  • Ophthalmology Clinic (once a month),
  • Physical Therapy Clinic (once a month).

Appointments for Specialty clinic nights are provided through referrals from the General Clinic. Specialty Clinics - Every other Tuesday 5-9pm
