CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) believes that every child has the right to a safe, permanent home.  CASA volunteers speak exclusively for the child’s best interests. They are different from the Guardiam ad Litem.  The CASA volunteers explore thoroughly the history of each assigned case and talk with the child and others that may have facts about the case.  CASA volunteers stay on the case until it is permanently resolved.
