One man who will speak at the conference knows exactly what it’s like for these teens. Sam Bracken had everythig he owned in an orange duffel bag when he turned 18. He carries the bag with him today to teach young people about how they can succeed by staying positive and determined. His organization works with young people to help them transition to a better adulthood.
