Scholarships Offered by the University of Phoenix
In partnership with the National Foster Parent Association, http://www.nfpainc.org, the University of Phoenix has offered 50 full-ride scholarships to youth in care, youth in care alumni or foster parents,under the banner of the University's First Chance Scholarship program. The scholarship is redeemable at any University of Phoenix campus, including the online program.

Foster Care Alumni of America, http://www.fostercarealumni.org, has just agreed to partner with NFPA to promote the scholarships to the alumni community and to assist in the selection of 25 alumni scholarship recipients. 
 

The program is offered on a competitive basis. To access the guidelines and application visit the NFPA website at www.nfpaonline.org.

Time is of the essence!  New deadline for applying is July 23, 2010.
